In the current Bumbal web environment, in addition to the planning screen, a basic planning board is also available. On the planning board, planned routes are displayed more visually in an agenda view. This offers the planner a better idea at a glance of how the routes look over time with start and end times of a route and within the route driving times, stop times and available time left.
Update smart planning board Q4 2024
In the new planning board that will be available for Bumbal users within the basic subscription from Q4 2024, considerably more information will be available for the planner.
- In addition to the agenda view, more information will be available about the routes (think of planned kilometers, planned time and possibly total capacity) and the planned stops (type of stops, description and address).
- In addition, there will be an extra element in the planning board with which you can directly see route details, for example, the products (package lines) on the route.
- You can also more easily walk through the agenda between days/weeks, but also by zooming in and out within a day.
- Finally, you can filter in the planning board itself what you would like to see in the planning board. Initially, the planning board will have a view-only function, at a later time you can even plan via the planning board and manually move stops within a route or between routes.
All in all more convenience for the planner!
