The new Bumbal web environment is now available for all existing customers. This new version is specially designed to make trip planning faster, clearer and more efficient. Planners can easily switch between the old and the new planning screen. Both screens are linked to the same database, so that you always work with up-to-date and identical information.
Smarter trip planning with more insight and ease of use
The new planning screen offers planners the possibility to plan trips with more control and less error sensitivity. The most important improvements include:
- Advanced filter options for better selection;
- Direct insight into load rules, deviations and attachments (such as photos or signatures);
- From three separate screens back to one clear whole.
New communication functions for customer-oriented planning
Planning trips will soon become even more effective thanks to two new communication functions in the Bumbal web environment:
Multiple sender email addresses per account
Perfect for companies that work with multiple brands or for different clients. This allows you to use a suitable email address per brand or project, which ensures recognition and trust with the customer.
Multiple (type) recipients per message possible
This allows you to easily send track & trace information or digital delivery notes to multiple recipients. Think of the end customer, client, agent or internal departments. All parties involved are automatically kept informed.
Improvements for the driver app as well
In addition to improvements in planning trips, Bumbal transport software is working on a renewed driver app. This new version offers more insight, a logical workflow (“happy flow”) and extra adjustable preferences. The focus here is also on ease of use, so that drivers can do their work even more easily.
