Delivery routes with own vehicles
The delivery of ergonomic furniture is carried out with Health2Work’s own vehicles. Additionally, account managers are on the road to measure and set up at customer locations. With the implementation of Bumbal, Health2Work will undergo another phase of modernization. This is partly because orders are automatically transferred from ExactOnline to Bumbal via a standard integration, ensuring that Bumbal is always up-to-date, and the planner never misses anything.
Smart and fast deliveries to multiple addresses with the Bumbal tool
Health2Work has chosen Bumbal because it is a complete tool. Bumbal can essentially be broken down into three key components. First, it’s a tool to easily plan transportation from point A to point B. Without hassle, a delivery route is created. Addresses are automatically entered, and Bumbal generates the route. Efficient and fast.
Secondly, Bumbal includes another tool: the automatic appointment scheduler. Customers can book their own appointment, which fits perfectly into the delivery route. The tool shows the customer only the options that fit into the planning. This choice freedom for the customer, regarding the delivery or service time, is seen as a huge positive, while the company still maintains an efficient and well-organized plan. The best of both worlds.
Finally, customers are proactively informed via track & trace and, if desired, receive a digital proof of delivery by email after delivery. The planner is always up to date on the status of trips in progress, allowing them to monitor the process.
