The delivery of biofuels within the Benelux is carried out using their own vehicles. With the implementation of Bumbal, Corvers Biofuels is taking a further step in modernization. This is partly because orders will soon be automatically transferred from Microsoft Business Central to Bumbal through a standard integration. As a result, Bumbal will always be up-to-date, and the planner won’t miss anything.
Smart planning brings a smile to everyone’s face
Routes are automatically planned on a daily basis, while drivers, through the seamlessly integrated Bumbal Driver App, know exactly what is expected of them. The planner has real-time insight into the status of ongoing routes, and customers are proactively informed via a track & trace message. After delivery, customers, if desired, receive a digital delivery note by email. This results in savings in time, kilometers, and paper, while ensuring satisfied customers, drivers, and planners.
Forward-thinking with Bumbal’s smart appointment feature
Corvers Biofuels is now using Bumbal’s smart appointment feature. This feature allows customers to schedule an appointment themselves via an automatic invitation. Additionally, customer service employees can easily calculate and present the available options to the customer.
The visible options from which the customer can choose are pre-calculated by the Bumbal algorithm in the ongoing schedule. Regardless of which option the customer chooses, it always fits efficiently into the planning. This gives customers freedom of choice for delivery or service times, which is highly appreciated.
